Local resident is dead after a Saturday shooting

Macon, GA – According to the police report, this unfortunate incident occurred on the 300 block of Pierce Avenue.

The victim was identified as 45-year-old Carlos Daniels.

He was transported to the hospital by ambulance. He was shot in the head on Pierce Avenue and succumbed to his injuries.
