BCO: Shooting at the intersection of Bloomfield Road at Chambers Road leaves one person seriously injured

Macon, GA – BCSO officials said the shooting occurred around 8:41 p.m. Sunday night.

It happened at the intersection of Bloomfield Road at Chambers Road.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a shooting call.

When the deputies arrived on scene, they reportedly made contact with a male suffering from a gunshot wound.

Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim to a medical facility for treatment.

He is listed in critical but stable condition.

No one else was injured during the incident.
