The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigating shooting incident that occurred at the local strip mall within the 3200 block of Houston Avenue

Macon, GA – According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, this unfortunate incident was called into the Macon-Bibb E-911 Center at 9:25 p.m. Monday evening.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the scene and observed a 44-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound.

Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim to a medical facility for treatment. He is listed in critical condition. No one else was injured during the incident.
