Embraer Aircraft Maintenance Services has reaffirmed its commitment to Macon-Bibb County by renewing its lease with the Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority at the Middle Georgia Regional Airport

Macon, GA – According to the statement, this new lease agreement is effective immediately.

The Intergovernmental Ground Lease Agreement includes an initial five-year term with provisions for up to two five-year renewal options, potentially extending Embraer’s presence in Macon-Bibb County for up to 15 years.

This agreement underscores Embraer’s dedication to investing in the local workforce and promoting economic development in the area.

According to the renewed lease, the MBCIA will continue to provide space for Embraer at the airport.

The MBCIA will cover all operational costs at the airport in exchange for Embraer’s rent payments, ensuring a stable and supportive environment for Embraer’s operations.
