Macon Mental Health Matters held its second session of its Lunch & Learn series, officials say

Macon, GA – According to the statement, this session was reportedly focused on men’s mental health and was live streamed from Just Tap’d.

The session included Mayor Lester Miller, Sheriff David Davis, Macon Violence Prevention Coordinator Jeremy Grissom, and other leaders in our community.

This session was free and open to everyone, with lunch provided. Dozens of community members showed up to ask questions and listen to different perspectives from men when it comes to mental health.

Led by experienced mental health professionals, the session explored a variety of topics related to men’s mental health, including stress management, relationship challenges, work-life balance, and self-care.

The next and last Lunch & Learn this month will be held on Friday, May 26 at Just Tap’d and will focus on Relationships and Mental Wellness.
