Macon Mental Health Matters will hold a Pop-Up Gym on April 8 at the Rosa Jackson Center
Macon, GA – According to the statement, activities will reportedly start at 10:00 a.m. and go until 1:00 p.m.
Ladies and gentlemen, this event is free and open to people of all ages, and even their furry friends.
You can participate in yoga, a drum circle, meditation, and other services. April 11 is World Breathing Day, so people coming to the gym will be working on breathing.
Macon Mental Health Matters is also teaming up with People and Pets Project once again to offer care for you and your pets by providing wellness exams and vaccines. BeU=P.I.E. – a non-profit organization that caters to young girls/young adults between the ages of 10-21 – will also be in attendance to promote uniqueness, purpose, passion, and creativity.
The Melanated Community Stimulation Project, Inc. is returning to bring free and fresh produce for families in need.
Macon Mental Health Matters provides free pop-up gyms every second Saturday of the month, rain or shine, at different locations throughout Macon-Bibb County.
