The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial robbery at the Corner Grocery on Walnut Street

Macon, GA – BCSO deputies investigating commercial robbery that occurred at 10:59 a.m. on Wednesday at the Corner Grocery, located at 2057 Walnut Street.

According to reports, a masked male entered the Corner Grocery, brandished a firearm, and demanded money from the store clerk.

The suspect fled on foot westward on Walnut Street with an undisclosed amount of money.

Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as a slender black male, approximately 5’11” to 6’1″ tall.

He was wearing a red ski mask, desert storm camouflage coveralls, and black shoes.
