A 17-year-old female is recovering after being shot

Macon, GA – According to the police report, this unfortunate incident occurred Monday, on Mason Street.

Trinity Whitehead said that she and a male friend were “play fighting” when the male presented a gun.

Unfortunately, the gun discharged, striking her in the shoulder. Her injuries are non-life threatening.

Trinity Whitehead is not cooperating with investigators on the identity of her friend.
