Macon-Bibb County’s Human Resources Department is hosting its first-ever Career Fair on November 19
Macon, GA – According to the statement, the Career Fair will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Elaine H. Lucas Senior Center.
Officials also said that the Career Fair is open to anyone eligible to work and who is 18 years of age or older.
Job seekers should dress professionally and be prepared for on-site interviews with HR staff and department heads, and they should bring their ID and copies of their updated resume.
“We really want to focus on the long-term career opportunities in our government, while highlighting all open positions in our departments,” says Assistant HR Director Joveta Turner. “This Career Fair is a way for the public to connect with us in a new way, while also giving our directors additional support in the interviewing and hiring process.”
