The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigating shooting incident that occurred on Brentwood Avenue, one person dead

Macon, GA – According to the BCSO officials, the shooting occurred around 6:07 p.m. Saturday evening.

It happened on Brentwood Avenue.

Bibb County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a shooting calll.

The responding deputies discovered a 20-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds.

Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim by ambulance to Atrium Health Navicent for medical treatment.

According to Medical Staff, Kealan Tre Hardeman was pronounced deceased at 7:02 p.m.

According to Coroner Leon Jones, the next of kin has been notified.

No one else was reported injured during this incident.
