The Sheriff’s Office has made a fourth arrest in the homicide investigation of Romero Gonzalez

Macon, GA – The Bibb County deputies were responding to a report of someone attempting to carjack someone. This incident occurred at the intersection of Riverside Drive and Red Oak Drive. The deputies began to look for the suspect.

The suspect was spotted by the Bibb County deputies. They got into a short chase and struggle before calling EMS to check the suspect. The suspect was identified as 21-year-old Ja’Qwaray Javon Hollingshed.

The deputies then interviewed him, before taking him to the Law Enforcement Center where he is being held without bond on charges of murder, two counts of armed robbery, willful obstruction of a law-enforcement officer and aggravated assault.
